Our focus and reliance for validation is external - the very thing we can not control. We hold standards for others (speech/actions/behaviour) that we simply do not hold for ourselves. Without mental strength training - we can lack balance, resilience, focus, certainty, control.
Your internal resource is the very essence of what you can control. Your mind can be trained, it is the resource you have access to always.
