Why Mental Strength Training?
When it comes to elite performance you are the tool - it is your body, your skill set and your mind. If one component is weak, peak performance, under any external circumstances, is not possible.
If there is a gap in your physical training, the higher level you compete at, the more likely your weakness will be exposed or your ability to perform at peak will be inconsistent. The same can be said for mental strength training. If there is a gap in your mental training, the more pressurised situations you compete in, the more likely your weakness will be exposed, your ability to perform at peak will seem outside of your control.
